Eleven languages

Study in the language you think in. Test in the language you will be tested in.

The German question always stays visible. Translations are an overlay, not a replacement. So when you walk into the test in German, the wording is already familiar. UI language and translation language are independent, so you can run the app in Polish while reviewing translations in German + English.

Your study history stays with you. Nothing leaves the device.

No sign-up, no account, no server of mine. Progress lives in SwiftData on your iPhone and syncs only through your private iCloud, end-to-end encrypted by Apple. Apple's App Privacy label: "Data Not Collected."

Please include your iOS version, the app version (from Settings), the question number or screen affected, and what you expected versus what happened. For translation issues, the in-app "Report translation issue" button is the fastest way; it pre-fills the question ID for me.

Is this an official BAMF or bpb product?
No. Einbürgerung Pro is an independent study app that uses the publicly available BAMF question catalogue. Passing simulations in the app does not count toward naturalization. Only a result issued by an authorised testing centre does.
Are all 310 questions really there?
Yes. All 310 general questions plus 10 federal-state questions for each of the 16 Bundesländer. The full catalogue and unlimited simulations require the one-time unlock; the free tier gives you the first 50 questions plus one practice simulation so you can try the app first.
Does the simulation match the real exam?
Yes. 33 multiple-choice questions (30 general + 3 federal-state), 60 minutes, 17 correct to pass, and no feedback during the test. The end screen shows the same kind of breakdown you get from BAMF: total score, pass/fail, and every wrong answer with the correct option revealed.
Is it really pay once, no subscription?
Yes. One non-consumable purchase, never charged again, including future content updates. Family Sharing is enabled, so one purchase covers your whole family group on their own Apple IDs. Apple, not me, processes the payment via StoreKit 2.
Where is my study history stored?
On your iPhone, and (if you are signed into iCloud) in your private CloudKit database, encrypted end-to-end by Apple. I never see it. No third-party servers, no analytics, no tracking. Apple's App Privacy label: "Data Not Collected."
Can I switch federal state later?
Yes, any time, in Settings. The 10 federal-state questions update immediately, and your simulation pool is rebuilt around the new state. Your study progress on the 310 general questions is preserved.
My language is not listed.
The app ships with translations into 11 languages today. If yours is missing and you would like to help translate, write me. I add languages as community help comes in.
I think a translation is wrong.
Tap "Report translation issue" inside any question. The report includes the question ID and the language; I read every one of them and ship fixes in the next update. You can also email me directly.
How do I delete my data?
Reset progress in Settings to clear answers, simulations, bookmarks and streaks from the device. Delete the app to remove everything on that device. If you use iCloud sync, you can also remove the app's iCloud data from iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
